Firm Foundations Concrete was founded by Tyler and Nichole Johnson, a husband-and-wife team passionate about building businesses that serve their community with excellence, integrity, and hard work.
As lifelong entrepreneurs, Tyler and Nichole believe that success starts with a strong foundation. Over the years, they have built and operated multiple businesses in Central Texas, earning the trust of thousands of families through their commitment to quality service and honest relationships.
Tyler is a chiropractor and co-owner of Body Mind & Spine Chiropractic in Temple, Texas. His dedication to helping people improve their lives has shaped the customer-first approach that defines every business he is part of. Nichole is a successful real estate professional, business owner, and community leader known for her passion for helping families achieve their goals and build lasting legacies.
Together, they launched Firm Foundations Concrete with a simple mission: deliver dependable, high-quality concrete work while treating every customer like family.

Sales Manager
Joe Bernier
Joe Bernier brings a strong background in leadership, business, real estate, and community service to Firm Foundations Concrete. A lifelong Central Texan, Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.
Joe also serves as Lead Pastor of Cadence City Church and has more than 27 years of ministry leadership alongside his wife, Angela. His experience leading teams, serving families, coaching youth sports, and working in real estate has built his reputation around relationships, integrity, and putting people first.
As Sales Manager at Firm Foundations Concrete, Joe helps customers navigate their projects from the initial conversation and estimate through the next steps toward construction. His goal is simple: listen well, communicate clearly, and make sure every customer feels taken care of.
